Can I get a toaster and/or a kettle ?
Yes, for free and depending on availabilities. You just need to ask at reception.
Are the bedlinen included in the equipped tents ?
No, we hire them at the following costs :
- 17€ per stay for a pair of large sheets + 2 pillowcases
- 14€ per stay for a pair of small sheets + 1 pillowcase
We recommend to request them when you book your equipped tent.
How big are the fridges in the equipped tents ?
90 litres including a 10 litres freezer compartment .
Is there heating in the equipped tents ?
The equipped tents do not have heating. However, you can ask at the reception that you are provided with an auxiliary heater.
What are the arrival and departure time ?
Mobile Homes : Arrival time : 4:00 pm ; departure time : 10:00 am
What is the amount of the deposit?
A security deposit of €250 by credit card online via Swikly is required from the customer before or at the latest on the day of handing over the keys.
How can I book my stay ?
You can book directly on our website. You can also book by phone or send us the details of your request by email. For any request by phone or email we will send you a booking contract and a detailed quote that you have to return signed with the deposit.
