How many cars can I park on my pitch ?
It depends on the size of your caravan, awning, campervan or tent. Usually on the large confort or medium pitches you can park one car. On the small pitches you can also park one car if your tent is small (2/3berths maximum)
Where can I park my car if my pitch is too small ?
On the free public carpark in front of the campsite main entrance. We do not have a private carpark in the campsite.
Can I use a barbecue on my pitch ?
Yes, but only electric or gas barbecues. The charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden on the pitches. We put at your disposal three barbecue areas where you can use charcoal.
What are the arrival and departure time ?
Equipped tents : Arrival time : 4:00 pm ; departure time : 10:00 am
Is the final cleaning included in the rental of my equipped tent ?
No, the cleaning of the tent has to be provided by the tenant. At the end of the stay, the tent has to be left in a perfect clean state.
We propose a cleaning service, excluding the cooking area and the dishes at 60€ for the 2 bedrooms mobile homes and 70€ for the mobile homes 3 bedrooms for the first hour and 30€ any extra half hour.
This service must be booked at the latest on the day of arrival subject to availability.
What is the amount of the deposit ?
A security deposit of €250 by credit card online via Swikly is required from the Customer before or at the latest on the day of handing over the keys.
What are the arrival and departure time ?
Pitches : Arrival time : 2:00 pm ; departure time : noon
How and when is the deposit returned ?
After checking the accommodation and if everything is in accordance with our rental conditions, the credit card pre-authorization file is closed within 10 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
What are the reception opening hours ?
From May to June and in September : from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
until 7:30 pm in high season.
Is there a gate that closes the campsite ?
Yes, but only at night from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am, time during which no vehicules should circulate.
How many sanitary blocks are there in the campsite ?
The campsite has two sanitary blocks at your disposal.
What are the opening hours of the sanitary blocks ?
The sanitary blocks are open 24 hours a day during the whole opening period of the campsite. The sanitary block at the back of the campsite is open during long weekends and from mid-June onwards.
Are animals accepted in the campsite ?
We accept dogs kept on a lead at all time, for 2€ per night.
Who should I contact when the reception is closed ?
You can contact the nightwatch by phone until midnight when the reception is closed. The telephone number is indicated at the door of the reception.
For a medical emergency you can contact him at any time during the night.What are the arrival and departure time ?

What should I do if I arrive after the reception opening hours ?
First of all, you will need to contact us to advise us of your approximate expected time of arrival. Our nightwatch is informed of all late arrivals. When you arrive you will then need to contact the nightwatch using the telephone number indicated at the door of the reception. The nightwatch will come to welcome you and lead you to your place. After 10:30 pm the gates of the camspite close so no car access is allowed.
Can I leave early the day of my departure?
Yes, under certain conditions.Make sure your stay and any supplements have been paid.
If you are on a camping pitch remember to ask the day before to be disconnected at a specific time.
If you are renting a mobile home ask at the reception the day before where to leave the key of your accommodation.
If you want to leave before 8:00 am make sure you park your vehicle on the public carpark outside the campsite before 10:30 pm the day before your departure.
For your arrival in a mobile home or in an equipped tent is an inventory done ?
Upon arrival, you will be able to validate your inventory via the Swikly application and report any shortcomings with the possibility of adding photos.
We will then provide or replace the missing or damaged items.
For your departure from your mobile home or your equipped tent is an inventory done ?
A staff member checks each accommodation after the guests' departure by referring to the arrival inventory validated on Swikly.
For your arrival in an equipped tent is an inventory done ?
Upon arrival, you will be able to validate your inventory via the Swikly application and report any shortcomings with the possibility of adding photos. We will then provide or replace the missing or damaged items.
