      • For your departure from your equipped tent is an inventory done ?

        A member of staff checks each accommodation after the departure of the customers by referring to the arrival inventory validated on Swikly.

        How and when is the deposit returned ?

        After checking the accommodation and if everything is in accordance with our rental conditions, the pre-authorisation file on credit card is closed within 10 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

        Is the final cleaning included in the rental of my mobile home ?

        No, the cleaning of the mobile home has to be provided by the tenant. At the end of the stay, the mobile home has to be left in a perfect clean state.

        We propose a cleaning service, excluding the cooking area and the dishes at 60€ for the first hour (70€ for the model with 3 bedrooms) and 30€ any extra half hour.

        This service must be booked at the latest on the day of arrival and is subject to availability.

        Is there a TV in the mobile homes ?

        There is a socket to plug-in a TV in all our mobile homes. You can hire a TV for 22.75€ per week (you only get access to French channels).

        A TV is already provided in the mobile home Privilège (G07, G08, G09, G10, G11, G12, H02, H03, H08, H09, H10, H11, H12 et H15).

         

        Do the mobile homes have a terrace ? A covered terrace ?

        The mobile homes of the ☼☼☼ and ☼☼☼☼ ranges have a raised wooden terrace (semi-covered for the model Loggia). Only the terrace of the mobile homes of the ☼☼☼☼ range is covered.

         

        How big are the fridges in the mobile homes ?

        160 litres + 45 litres freezer compartment

        What electric equipment is there in a mobile home ?

        All our mobile homes have a fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. The mobile homes Privilège also have a TV, a fan, a kettle and a toaster (G07, G08, G09, G10, G11, G12, H02, H03, H08, H09, H10, H11, H12 et H15).

        On request we lend electric ovens, kettles and toasters. We also rent fan at 2€ per day and TV at 3.25€ per day.

         

        Can I get an electric oven instead of a microwave oven ?

        Yes, for free and depending on availabilities. You just need to ask at reception.

        Can I get a toaster and/or a kettle ?

        Yes, for free and depending on availabilities. You just need to ask at reception.

        Are the bedlinen included in the mobile home ?

        The bedlinen are provided free of charge for the rental of a mobile home Privilège for 7 nights or more (G07, G08, G09, G10, G11, G12, H02, H03, H08, H09, H10, H11, H12 et H15).

        Otherwise, we hire them at the following cost : 17€ per stay for a pair of large sheets + 2 pillowcases and 14€ per stay for a pair of small sheets + 1 pillowcase. We advise you to make the request at the time of booking.

         

        Is there heating in the mobile homes ?

        Yes, all our mobile homes have a radiator in the livingroom and in the bathroom. Some of the models Privilège ☼☼☼☼ 2/3 bedrooms have also a radiator in each bedroom.

        Is there an air-conditioning system in the mobile homes ?

        No, however, we rent fans at 2€ per day. Limited availability. You just need to ask at reception.

        For your arrival in a mobile home is an inventory done ?

        Upon arrival, you will be able to validate your inventory via the Swikly application and report any shortcomings with the possibility of adding photos. We will then provide or replace the missing or damaged items.

        Are there sanitary facilities in the equipped tents (shower and toilets) ?

        No, you will have to use the facilities in the campsite main sanitary blocks. 

        Is there a TV in the equipped tents ?

        No, and the tents do not have the arial socket necessary to plug a TV. 

        Do the tents have a terrace ? A covered terrace ?

        All our equipped tents have a 10m² terrace sheltered with an awning. 

        What electric equipment is there in an equipped tent ?

        All our equipped tents have a fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. On request we lend electric ovens, kettles and toasters. We also rent fan at 2€ per day.
