What are the arrival and departure time ?
Equipped tents : Arrival time : 4:00 pm ; departure time : 10:00 am
Is the final cleaning included in the rental of my equipped tent ?
No, the cleaning of the tent has to be provided by the tenant. At the end of the stay, the tent has to be left in a perfect clean state.
We propose a cleaning service, excluding the cooking area and the dishes at 50€ for the first hour and 20€ any extra half hour.
What is the amount of the deposit ?
We require a deposit of 250 € which must be paid by credit card. This is not a debit on your card but we just create a pre-authorization file.
For your arrival in an equipped tent is an inventory done ?
On arrival, we will give you the rental conditions and a detailed inventory in duplicate that we will ask you to check. You will have to give it back signed the next morning at the latest. We ask you to indicate any missing or damaged elements. We will then provide or replace the missing or damaged items.
For your departure from your equipped tent is an inventory done ?
A member of staff checks your accommodation after you have left by referring to the signed arrival inventory.
How and when is the deposit returned ?
After checking the accommodation and if everything is in accordance with our rental conditions, the pre-authorization file on credit card is closed no later than 48 hours after your departure. A confirmation email will be sent.
Are there sanitary facilities in the equipped tents (shower and toilets) ?
No, you will have to use the facilities in the campsite main sanitary blocks.
Is there a TV in the equipped tents ?
No, and the tents do not have the arial socket necessary to plug a TV.
Do the tents have a terrace ? A covered terrace ?
All our equipped tents have a 10m² terrace sheltered with an awning.
What electric equipment is there in an equipped tent ?
All our equipped tents have a fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. On request we lend electric ovens, kettles and toasters. We also rent fan at 2€ per day.
Can I get an electric oven instead of a microwave oven ?
Yes, for free and depending on availabilities. You just need to ask at reception.
Can I get a toaster and/or a kettle ?
Yes, for free and depending on availabilities. You just need to ask at reception.
Are the bedlinen included in the equipped tents ?
No, we hire them at the following costs :
- 16€ per stay for a pair of large sheets + 2 pillowcases
- 13€ per stay for a pair of small sheets + 1 pillowcase
We recommend to request them when you book your equipped tent.
How big are the fridges in the equipped tents ?
90 litres including a 10 litres freezer compartment .
Is there heating in the equipped tents ?
The equipped tents do not have heating. However, you can ask at the reception that you are provided with an auxiliary heater.
